Higlight of the Month.
Year 5's, journey to rediscover the Lost Words.
Year 5 have been busy adventurers, searching for the LOST WORDS - beautiful pieces of nature that are disappearing from children's everyday vocabulary. After reading poems from the LOST WORDS, they set out into the forest to find these hidden treasures, exploring the meanings behind them, and reflecting on why they're fading away. Inspired by their discoveries, they wrote their own poems to add to the collection and creaded detailed non-chronological reports on a chosen lost word. A magical journey of words, wonder and the wild!
